Hoodiabushman.com is the online retail store for Bushman Hoodia, trading in African medicinal
herbs, extracts and related goods for the international wellness industry.
All products offered on this web site are classified by the SA Medicines Control Council as
food supplements or non-scheduled herbal supplements that can purchased freely without
prescription.
Hoodiabushman.com reserves the right not to sell these products to countries that may have
restrictions on the import of such goods.
PAYMENT TYPES AND OPTIONS:
Hoodiabushman.com accepts credit card payments via the Internet and does not allow for the
acceptance of debit cards(Maestro and VISA electron).
Where customers cannot pay with a credit card, we accept direct bank deposits.
PayPal handles Credit Card transactions.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY:
Any Internet transaction will be charged back to the merchant where:
(a) the card holder submits a written complaint that neither he nor anyone authorized by him,
entered into any such a transaction;
(b) the goods, service or “other things of value” received by the cardholder or by a person
authorized by him, are not as described on the sales voucher accompanying the product
as support documentation;
(c) the merchandise, which was to be sent by air, post, or other means was not received
by the cardholder or by a person authorized by him;
(d) the goods were broken or not suitable for the purpose for which it was sold (merchandise
defective and the cardholder tendered the return).
Transactions can be charged back up to a 180 days after purchase.
If goods have not arrived within the designated countries within 30 days of order confirmation,
Hoodiabushman.com will resend free of charge.
SETTLEMENT, FULFILLMENTS AND DELIVERY POLICY:
Goods are dispatched within 12 hours of receiving confirmed payment for goods from the
buyer, unless the purchase takes place on the weekend or public holidays in which case
goods will be dispatched within 12 hours of the first working day thereafter.
Hoodiabushman.com will not dispatch goods until payment has been received in full
for the purchase order.
Goods are dispatched using the South African Postal Service and are sent as Registered
Letters or Registered Parcels.
Bulk orders are facilitated by freight agents – unless a specific freight agent is appointed by
the buyer, Hoodiabushman.com uses its own established freight agency.
Hoodiabushman.com will process transactions where permits or any other legal paperwork
are required or exports into foreign countries.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RESENDING GOODS:
Hoodiabushman.com WILL RESEND GOODS where:
Goods have not arrived within 30 days of order confirmation;
Goods are broken or damaged on arrival;
Goods do not meet the clients expectations of quality or freshness.
SECURITY AND ENCRYPTION (CUSTOMER DATA PRIVACY POLICY):
Any person that delivers or attempts to deliver any damaging code to this web site or
attempts to gain unauthorized access to any page on this web site shall be prosecuted
and civil damages shall be claimed in the event that Hoodiabushman.com suffers
any damage or loss.
The user allows Hoodiabushman.com to take all reasonable steps to ensure the
integrity and security of the Hoodiabushman.com site and back-office
applications.

COSTS:
PRICES:
The price of each product is displayed with the product. In the event of a sale or special
offer, the discounted price is displayed;
Prices stated on web site include taxes and shipping costs;
VALUE ADDED TAX:
Value Added Tax at the rate of 14% is charged on goods bought by South African residents;
VAT is not payable on international orders.
PAYMENT METHODS:
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:
At the time of placing the order, the transaction details are presented to the bank
and authorization is obtained for the amount of the order;
Payment is only collected when the order is completed and the goods shipped.
Note: To protect it’s own and the interests of it’s customers, Hoodiabushman.com scrutinizes all
transactions very carefully to prevent attempted fraud and a transaction may be refused if
Hoodiabushman.com is not 100% satisfied with it’s legitimacy.
BANK DEPOSIT PAYMENTS:
If the buyer selects the ‘pay via bank deposit’ button, instructions will be given on how to
deposit monies into the Bushman Hoodia bank account and would it be subject to the following
rules:
The exact amount must be paid;
The payment must be identified by supplying the order number and surname in the reference
section of the deposit slip or on the electronic transfer;
Cheque deposits are subject to a clearing period;
No bank deposits are accepted from outside the borders of South Africa;
Unpaid bank deposit orders are cancelled after five business days.
STOCK AVAILABILITY:
Stocks of all goods on offer are limited. Hoodiabushman.com shall take all reasonableefforts to discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available.
However, should items still be offered after stocks are sold, Hoodiabushman.com shall only
be liable to refund monies where it is unable to fulfill orders at advertised prices.
