What type of Hoodia is best?

There are two types of source materials available to manufacturers of Hoodia supplements.

The first is is 100 % Hoodia Gordonii Powder and the second and more commonly used type is what is known as a 20:1 Extract.

Genuine 20:1 extract have thus far proven not be as effective as the 100 % powder and so while on the surface the term “20:1” sounds like a more potent blend of Hoodia, this is not always the case as you can usually tell by the price.

A genuine 20:1 extract should cost much more than pure powder.
